The beautiful beer equipment of 600L can produce 600L beer in daily work. All tanks in the set of 600L have double skins. The material of inner is stainless steel (S.S.) 304 in food grade. The material of outer can be chose between red copper or S.S.. Mash\lauter tun with Boiled kettle /Whirling Precipitation Tank is called saccharifying unit. The outer can be made by red copper for more beautiful appearance but can't be used as the inner because copper is bad for health.  

Inside thickness is 3mm, outside S.S. thickness is 1.5mm, copper thickness is 2mm. They all well welded in double sides, and polished into mirror surface, 2B standard. 

My beer equipment adopted the best insulate material-polyurethane, best valves and pipes.  

Mash\lauter tun has a 15ºconical bottom with inverted center for agitator seal. A bottom mounted mash agitator system incorporates offset paddles to ensure through mixing of the mash. 

The unit is outfitted with a light as well as a side view window to allow for internal observation.  

A round man-working-door and vent-chimney are placed on the top of dished head for saccharifying unit. If you don't want the steam discharged to the air, we can design a part for condensing reflux instead the vent-chimney. Then the steam can be discharged to the sewer.   Fermentation tanks are well equipped a rotaing mechanical cleaning ball for thorough washing and sanitation and a man-working-door too. Beer seller has types to choose, one is cabinet type, one is one the handcart and the other is tank type
