A whole set of my micro brewery equipment included the following parts:
Mash/Lauter tun

That is the list for a whole set, but you also can buy parts of them. The minimum size of the set is ZD-200, which can produce 200L beer daily. But the beer seller just have two size, one is 100L daily the other is 200L daily. The size of my equipment from 200L to 2000L, one size by the step of 100L. From 2000L-20000L, one size by the step of 500L. What you see now is ZD-3000, which can produce 30hl(3000L) daily.
The saccharifying unit can be made in two vessels, three vessels, four vessels, five or six vessels.
All the tanks have a 20% extra room for ferment. They have double skins in food grade stainless steel 304 or 316. Well weld in double sides. Outer polished into mirror surface, 2B standard. Thickness of inner is 3mm, bottom is 4mm, outer is 1.5mm. Adopt lixiviation process, which has many assets to mashing method.
Mash\lauter tun has a 15ºconical bottom with inverted center for agitator seal. A bottom mounted mash agitator system incorporates offset paddles to ensure through mixing of the mash. The unit is outfitted with a light as well as a side view window to allow for internal observation. One man working door is on the tanks each. Vent-chimney are placed on the top of dished head of saccharifying unit. It can design the heat method by electricity or LPG (liquid petroleum gas ) or liquid propane.
Fermentation tanks have a cone bottom, which can help the slugs settling. Man working door and cleaning ball inside. All tanks have a well water jacket can do a well glycol cycle to cooling the tank. They can controlled by manual work or automate.
Beer seller has a refrigerator itself, it used to distribute beer into cups. It can keep beer cooling and fresh. You can moving it in the pub or out to the sand beach to sell fresh beer. We have three types of it, tank type, cabinet type, handcart type. They can made in size of 100L and 200L. The bigger also can be made by it is not as beautiful as they two.
My beer equipment adopted the best insulate material-polyurethane, best pumps, valves and pipes.
